What Level Are You At?

Why are you investing in this project, specifically? Is it for financial return, is it a personal dream, is it to make the world a better place? The only wrong answer is to say all three.

What in your personal or professional life makes you uniquely fitted to pursue this? Do you have any insight your competitors or contemporaries don’t have?

Are you doing this because you have years of experience and the clout to prove it, or you’re a new entry looking to shake things up?

Setting realistic expectations is of the utmost importance. How much of a runway do you have to get this business off the ground?
